main floor- open kitchen and dinning area Wine Bar, Bedroom with 2 double beds, Bath and living area with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Double doors open to a fantastic deck that spans the front of the house, overlooking the lake. Complete with gas grill for Barbecuing.
loft -overlooks the spacious living room and out to the lake Contains cozy bedroom with King size bed and a full bath with large walk-in shower.
basement -1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with king size bed, full bath, vast living space, large screen tv, large leather reclining sofa, divan with ottoman, leather recliner, game table and tons of floor space for additional sleeping if needed
there is internet at the house
all tv's are smart tv's to use with your own subscriptions
the garage on the house is private use and not part of the rental
our home is suitable for multi-family vacations or luxurious getaway with ample room for privacy
we are a central location being 25 minutes from dogwood canyon natural park, 60 minutes from branson, 45 minutes from springfield and 40 minutes from eureka springs ar All great Destinations if needing a day off of the lake.

Summary: We have stayed here multiple times. This house is perfect for a large group of friends or family. The spacious back deck and front yard fire pit are inviting and a great place to relax after a day on the lake or site seeing. The host is great and communicates in a timely manner if there are any questions.
